The following day, July 2, 2022 Barber was replaced by Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 event, and she fought Jessica Eye. Barber took the fight in a unanimous vote. This was the final fight of Barber's deal with UFC. She resigned at the end of that year. Barber's last fight was with Andrea Lee at UFC Fight Night Vera against. Sandhagen on the 25th of March 2023. She won via split decision.
